Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Base Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC)

We provide customer service support for retraining and classification, commissioning, initial flying class physicals, special duty, developmental special duty, overseas permanent change of station and contiguous United States PCS requiring an Air Force Form 422, palace chase and palace front, professional military education attendance requiring Air Force Form 422, and separation history and physical examination. Active duty Airmen must request a medical clearance review using My Individual Medical Readiness. (CAC required for access)
