Warfighter/Flight Medicine

The 436th Medical Group provides exceptional medical care in the Warfighter Clinic and the Flight Medicine Clinic to our active duty service members, including flyers and special duty personnel. Aside from routine acute and chronic medical care, these two clinics take care of unique aspects of military medicine such as convalescent leave, profiles, and medical evaluation boards, as well as coordinating all referrals within the MTF and the civilian network. 

Primary care managers are assigned by unit to maximize medical readiness of all warfighters. Unlike other patients throughout the 436th MDG who can easily switch PCMs by contacting Humana, patients assigned to the active duty medical clinics need approval from the chief of the medical staff for any switches due to unique needs in operational medicine.
