Referral Management

The Referral Management Center is a one-stop shop where patients go to process specialty referrals requested by their referring provider. We can also help coordinate your off-site network provider if necessary. Additionally, we can review referrals. If care cannot be provided on base, we will refer you to our one of our TRICARE Health Net specialist medical provider. All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please set your initial appointment before the referral time period ends. We can renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. We can also request a referral renewal from your primary care manager, which is able to be done via a telephone consult. Please be advised that referrals that have an expiration date of 12 months or more cannot be renewed, however you may contact your primary care manager for a new referral.
